Area of Study:
T cell biology and chronic inflammatory disease
-T cells
-Inflammation
-Immune profiling of inflammatory disease
-Genetic variation
-Genomics
-Complexity of disease
Research Profile
My research examines the role of T cells and immune genes in inflammatory disease. We are studying the biology driving their development, whether there are sex differences regulating these pathways and if understanding their role in disease can be useful for future therapeutics and/or personalized medicine.
